Therapy with Ellen:
My approach to therapy constitutes a warm, empathetic and experiential approach to personal growth. I am here to help you understand your story, your thoughts, and your body's responses. Our time together will be dependent upon your goals, which we will discuss in our initial session and throughout the therapeutic process, to ensure you're receiving the support that you need. I am dedicated to our work together and I will always be open to your thoughts, feelings, needs, and feedback.
I incorporate various styles of learning such as conversational, mindfulness, exploring emotions and behavioral patterns, and guiding the nervous system to integrate change. I am available for individual clients, relationship counseling, family work, dating coaching, and brief consultations. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation, please get in touch today.
