I support people who experience anxiety, depression, relationship stress, work stress, and grief. People come to me for support when life, or certain aspects of life, feel foggy or overwhelming. They may not be sure how to move forward or how to gain clarity. Usually, they've tried to problem solve for awhile on their own, but have found themselves feeling exhausted and out of ideas. Subsequently, they seek out an unbiased perspective to offer guidance, insight, and space to explore what's going on.
